Is my order confirmed?
Thank you for your support! Orders are confirmed once payment has been completed.You'll receive an email for the Order Confirmation.
Can I amend my order after it has been confirmed and paid for?
Unfortunately, we are unable to amend any orders once they are confirmed. We process orders immediately once payment is made. Amendments may cause delay in the delivery.
Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel orders once it confirmed. To prevent this, please review your shopping cart before check out. Only items showing in your Order Confirmation will be shipped.
Can I order through other means other than the website?
It is possible. Please feel free to email us at [email protected] or you can reach us via our Instagram or page and leave us a private message and we will work something out.
What do I do if I receive a faulty item or have a problem with an item ordered?
We do check every single item before shipping them to you. In the event of this, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number, details and an image of the faulty items received. Please do not discard the items as we will need it to be collected back by our courier.
Can I purchase items in bulk and can I get more discounts?
Yes. We do wholesale and distribution for our nail wraps. Feel free to contact us at [email protected] if you are interested.
What kind of payment method may I use?
RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY
For defective and incorrect items, we have a 30-day exchange policy upon receipt of order, subject to the following terms and conditions:
1. Item must be in its original purchase condition, packaging must be unopened, unused, unmarked and not defaced in any manner.
2. Items purchased as part of a set or a multi-item pack must be returned as a whole set.
3. This return policy does not apply to items which are on sale.

What do I do if I had an allergic reaction?
Individuals who are allergic to nail polish or pregnant women are able to use our products.
What happens if I am unhappy with the product I purchase or I changed my mind?
We do not accept return of items if you have made an incorrect purchase or you changed your mind after receiving the items. Please review your cart before completing the order.
Can I test the products before buying them online?
As we are an online store, we do not have an option to test or see the products before purchasing them. However, please reach out to us if you have any questions about the product. Or catch us when we have pop-up stores across the island.

Are your products authentic?
Yes. We work directly with the manufacturers to ensure that all products we sell are authentic. They are subjected to annual quality testing and site visits to ensure the quality of nail wraps and welfare of staffs.
Do you offer product samples?
No, at this moment. However, please feedback in our Contact Forms if we should.
Can I request or suggest a particular design?
